FUTURE PROSPECTS/ PLANS. 1. International Volunteer Exchange Projects/Programmes. We plan to encourage/host as many Local, Regional and International volunteers as possible to work with us, share ideas and experiences that normally contribute to the wel being of our communities mainly the OVCs through community mobilization, Sensitization, Workcamps, e.t.c. 2. Organizational Land. We look forward for funds so that we can acquire an organizational land where we can carry out our programmes i.e. OVC Centre. 3. Establishing a BOVCCU Community Vocational Secondary Training Centre to equip the OVCs with business oriented skills and Job Training in order to eradicate Poverty and illiteracy. 4. Initiating a Revolving Fund for establishing Income Generating Activities/projects among the beneficiaries especially the OVCs. 5. Establishing links with National, Regional and International partners for information exchange, moral, financial and non-financial assistance. 6. Bridging the information and communication gap in order to improve on our information and data management for efficiency in service delivery. 7. Establish a BOVCCU SUPPORT FUND/ OVC SUPPORT FUND well wishers contribute/support OVCs with scholastic materials, welfare and other assistance. This can be financial or non-Financial. 8. Establishing an Income Generating Project to support the day to day running of the secretariat. 9. Producing CDs and tapes of original Music, Dance and Dramma compositions on HIV/AIDS themes and other cultural and behaviors. This will create an environment where youths and adults who can not read magazines, manuals kits, e.t.c have a chance to hear massages through Music, Dance and Drama (MDD) HIV/AIDS awareness, poverty, diseases malnutrition, Enviromental degradation e.t.c and solutions to over come them. 10. Up grading the publicity system/means by producing quarterly newsletters, Video Documentaries, and e.t.c.
